Wyoming Botanic Garden Wedding

Taylen and Tanner got married on October 19th, 2024 at the beautiful Cheyenne, Wyoming Botanic Gardens. It was a beautiful October day. Their journey began in high school, where their friendship blossomed into a deep and lasting love. After years of shared memories, they drove down to Fort Collins for a special moment—Tanner proposed, marking the beginning of their next chapter together. With a love story rooted in childhood memories, their wedding day was a celebration of their journey!

Choosing the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens for their ceremony was an obvious decision for Taylen and Tanner. The venue’s natural beauty aligned perfectly with their vision of a serene and romantic setting, while the reception at Cheyenne Frontier Days allowed for a festive celebration with family and friends.

A First Look To Remember

Taylen and Tanner decided to do a first look and it was incredibly emotional, with Tanner shedding tears of joy—a memorable moment for everyone present. Having a first look on your wedding day is always my first choice when it comes to the timeline of the day. Not only does it calm your nerves because you get to see each but you’re able to take the majority of the photos before the ceremony even starts!

The couple and their wedding party chose attire that reflected their personal style and the day’s vibe. Taylen chose a stunning gown that highlighted her elegance, while Tanner looked sharp in a classic green suit. The wedding showcased a beautiful mix of pinks and greens, symbolizing love and growth—ideal for celebrating their special bond.

Special Traditions

The wedding day was rich with emotional moments, including Taylen’s first dance with her father and Tanner’s dance with his mother. These dances were heartfelt and touching, showcasing the strong family bonds that surround the couple. Taylen and Tanner also shared their first dance together, a moment filled with love and joy.

One unique touch that stood out was the late-night taco truck during the reception, which added a fun and casual element to the celebration. Additionally, having their high school teacher officiate the ceremony brought a personal touch, especially when she lightened the mood with a quote from the beloved film, *The Princess Bride*.

Instead of a traditional bouquet toss, Taylen chose to honor her mom by giving her the bouquet, which really moved everyone there. This moment encapsulated the love and appreciation that defined the day.

Taylen and Tanner’s wedding was a beautifully intimate gathering that celebrated their love story and the important people in their lives. Their wedding showcased the beauty of love, family, and cherished memories, leaving an indelible mark on all who attended.
